The study of the herbal materia medica is continued. Individual herbs are discussed in detail with regard to body systems and actions. In this unit, herbs for the digestive, nervous and reproductive systems are studied. Traditional clinical usage of herbs, actions, indications and contraindications and appropriate forms of administration are discussed.
