Students undertake fifty hours of clinical experience off-campus with a suitably qualified naturopath and ten hours with a health-care practitioner in a discipline other than naturopathy. Clinical experience enables students to familiarise themselves with the day-to-day operation of naturopathic and other health-care practices. It also provides students with the opportunity to observe practitioners and clients in consultation and, under the supervision of practitioners, to undertake a range of administrative tasks.
