In order to graduate from the course, all students must pass the exit examination. This provides a final evaluation of a student\'s ability to perform competently as a naturopath. It also provides an opportunity to assess a student\'s ability to integrate the many concepts and skills taught throughout the course. The examination is problem-based and students are expected to perform as closely as possible to real-life encounters. The inclusion of external examiners in the assessment process serves to ensure that these dimensions are reflected in the examination.
