| This unit expands on some of the basic metaphysical principles
covered in earlier units, as well as specific psychiatric disorders
according to CM theory and practice. The basic CM premise of
mind and body interdependence will be further expanded as it
relates to spiritual resources, emotions, personality and behaviour.
The framework of this discussion will be focussed on CM five
phases theory as well as zang/fu and Qi, Blood physiology. This
unit then expands on these fundamentals by way of looking at
selected psychiatric disorders according to CM differentiation of
syndromes (bian zheng) and there treatment using Acupuncture
and Chinese Herbs. |
