First Aid

First Aid Certificate, Level 2, is a short course available to students, graduates and practitioners. You will learn:

  • Your responsibility as a 'first aider'
  • CPR
  • How to respond to emergencies, cuts and breaks and other incidences such as suspected heart attack and stroke

Assessment includes a practical exam and multiple choice quiz. Both are conducted on the final day at the conclusion of training.

Level 2 First Aid is required for practitioners to join key industry associations and to gain practitioner insurance and legally practice. The certificate is valid for three years. After you have successfully completed the course, you need to complete a CPR upgrade/refresher course every year until your Level 2 First Aid Certificate is due for renewal.
